One burner on my stove isn't heating up. What's wrong?
This is typically caused by a failed surface element or a faulty burner switch. For coil tops, it could be a bad receptacle. We can test and replace the exact faulty component.
Can a cracked glass cooktop be repaired?
A cracked glass top is a safety hazard and cannot be "patched." The entire glass assembly must be replaced. We provide professional cooktop glass replacement services.
Why does my burner stay on High regardless of the setting?
This is almost always a sign of a failed "infinite switch" that has shorted out internally. This is dangerous and should be fixed immediately.
My stove's 'Hot Surface' light won't go off. Is it safe?
If the burner is cool, the sensor inside the radiant element has likely failed. While it's not strictly dangerous, it means you lose the safety warning. We can replace the element to fix this.
Why is my electric stove making a clicking noise?
Clicking in an electric stove often comes from the relays in the control board or a failing switch. We can diagnose the source of the noise.
